The e-subparagraph of Article 2 of the Circular No. 2542 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Annex-73 of the Law No. 5662 of 17.05.2007. The name of our university, which was established as the Rectorate of Ağrı Mountain University (Faculty of Education, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, School of Health, Vocational School, Vocational School of Health Services, Institute of Social Sciences and Institute of Science) established with the article. It was changed to Ibrahim Çeçen University and entered into force by being published in the Official Gazette dated 28.06.2008 and numbered 26920.
