Our university, which has been developing rapidly since this date, has campuses in Bolu city center and its five districts (Gerede, Mengen, Mudurnu, Yeniçağa, and Seben). Izzet Baysal Campus, which is the central campus of our university, is located in Gölköy, 8 km from Bolu city center, in unique natural beauty.

Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University forms a third model as a Foundation-supported public university as well as state and foundation universities in our country. Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University is a state university to present its inception, one of Turkey's largest charitable foundation founded by Izzet Baysal is supported by. In addition to the facilities of our state, our University has reached an excellent physical structure and superior technological equipment in a short time with the facility and equipment investment of the Izzet Baysal Foundation, which has a total value of 271 million Turkish Liras as of 2017. Supporting the success of academicians on an international scale, the Foundation also provides scholarships to successful students.
